We were a family of 22 vacationing in the area for the first time. We loved the house! It is spacious, which is important for us with such a large group. The location is great with a quick walk or drive to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The bunk beds were perfect for us and the children we had. Everyone of all ages were able to enjoy the game room. The golf cart was so great and convenient! We used it take tours of the area, take the children and some of the adults out to the ice cream and gift shop and to the beach; which was great since parking is not as easy to find everywhere for multiple cars. The pool and grill area is nice as well. We did use the grill the one night we had a big dinner for everyone and the children had fun in the pool. The house was clean, rooms were spacious and there were enough bathrooms for all. Alex was wonderful about providing information and responding. I definitely recommend this house and will stay here or any of his other properties in the future
