We had the entire block of homes to ourselves during our visit, which added to the overall appeal, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect space! It’s within walking distance to the pool (two doors over) and the beach, although the golf cart was our transport to the coastline each time. There were eight of us renting the home and we all felt comfortable and had enough privacy for our needs. There was definitely room for 2/3 more adults to fit comfortably, too. We were visiting the area for a friend’s wedding and our house was the gathering space for all the friends and family. We didn’t feel cramped in the kitchen/living space with everyone there. They are very clear about the number of amenities (e.g. paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher wash, etc.), so either bring your own for surplus or simply ask them ahead of time. Great stay centrally located to Destin/30A, we highly recommend!
