The home is in a beautiful new community. Kids loved the pool even for new years. It was chilly so we didn’t explore too much but the beach is walking distance. We would stay again. The house is very nicely sound proof and even with our large crowd we never felt crowded because of the very well utilized square footage. Kids enjoyed the play area. Laundry on level 2 and 3 was a huge plus. We went to Whole Foods and Publix and did most of the cooking onsite. Both stores nearby. We loved mass coffee shop, tried like 5 coffee shops around and this was by far our favorite.
