I appreciate Alex and his quick, friendly responses. We only had a few issues with the home and they were easily handled. I would recommend the area lots to do and the golf cart is such a bonus. If you need a big space for many people to stay this house would work. Any issue that we had with the home was cosmetic and decor related not host related, Alex was great. It looked like they were in a rush to paint and didn’t get to finish before we got there. Living room furniture does need to be updated, it’s very uncomfortable and for us we would have preferred the queen bed to the two twin bunks that they switched from when we reserved the house to when we stayed, at reservation time the listing was one thing and when we showed up they had remodeled. I’m sure most families would love the four twins but it didn’t suit our needs, we have no small children.
