We had a great stay at Alex’s townhome. Alex and Justin were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location was great, we used the golf cart a lot to get to and from the beach/dinner etc. The house was clean upon arrival. I did not read the check in rules until about a week before we left. There is a late check in at 5:00pm, which they did get finished around 3:00 ish and we were able to get in early. You are allowed to leave luggage in the garage in this situation if needed. We did not use the community pool, as it was very small and crowded. The description of the house is exactly as listed. We enjoyed our time and appreciated Alex and Justin!
