Alex was a great host. The house was as advertised but unfortunately the guests before us had broken a few things (arcade game, spa and Foosball). Alll of those things were literally why we booked in the first place for the grandkids. They did send someone out to fix the spa at the end of our trip but we weren’t there long enough to have it fixed before we left (7 night stay). Golf cart was a plus for not having to get sand in the car and find parking. The area was nice, clean and quiet and the pool was nice as well except there was a racoon that snatched the girl’s souls when it came by the chairs and absconded with a bag of chips. My personal major highlight was the pots and pans that were there for cooking. I liked them so much I ordered a set on the way home. Alex was very responsive and the house had all basic needs addressed.
