Alex is a great host, the prior visitors to the house had tracked tons of sand in, and the regular cleaning hadn’t quite got the 1st floor clean of all the fine sand. Alex came by the night of our arrival with a commercial floor cleaner and took care of it in about 20 min. We could eat off the floors after he was done. House is awesome, and location is great, Bad Ass Coffee and Pompano Joe’s are both a short golf cart ride away.
