Alex was fantastic. We stayed here during Thanksgiving week and had a blast. We had 8 adults and 6 grandchildren (ages 13 to 3) and this house had something for everyone. He and his team were awesome and so responsive when we needed just small items. They definitely understand the importance of customer service 24/7. I would highly recommend this location and any property that Alex manages.
