Alex and his team were very proactive in providing a guide for us in navigating the AirBnB prior to our stay. He also helped troubleshoot any issues we had during our week at the Airbnb, specifically the day the garbage truck was supposed to come but did not pick up our trash on the curb. His team was empathetic and friendly and sent detailed reminders for check-out as well. The place was comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully located not far from the beach, to which the golf cart was incredibly helpful for our family to ride there as well as in surrounding areas. Very dog-friendly, our dogs enjoyed the backyard and around home, too! Would be good to visit this Airbnb again!
