Our family traveled from multiple locations to gather for my 50th birthday. Our experience with the AirBNB was a great experience overall. We had some initial challenges with the security code but Alex and his team responded quickly to ensure we had access to the property. They also allowed a flexible check in since there were no guests prior to our stay which was huge for us since our travel began at 2am the morning of arrival. We were exhausted especially after a 3 hr delay and a 5pm check in would have been very difficult for us especially w/ younger and Sr guests. I appreciate this accommodation so much and give Kudos to his team! There was also a few extra steps that had to be taken to access the golf cart but again his team was prompt to get that taken care of since we were unaware of it beforehand. It was spacious for a family of 14 it was clean upon arrival & provided everything we needed. Theres’s 3 floors, so keep that in mind. We all got a wkout! I highly recommend!
