We stayed over New Year’s and despite the holiday Alex was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had three families in our group for a total of 12 people and there were plenty of beds, bedrooms for privacy, two sets of washers and dryers which made it easy for all of us to get things done. It may sound trivial but most importantly the main living space had enough seating for all of us to hang out together for conversation, meals, games and downtime. Not many places have something so obvious so we appreciated it and will definitely stay again when in the area.
