Alex was very accommodating and always available. We had a hibachi chef come over and did a hibachi style dinner in the driveway which worked out great. Pool and community area was nice for the kids. The beach was great and a short drive in the golf cart. Great access to a walking path that follows the ocean front for morning runs or walks. The house was great we had several families staying with us with 4 kids under 4yoa. The separate rooms with their own bathroom was great because everyone had their own space for the most part. The parking was sufficient for 6 vans, although surrounding neighbors parked in our posted parking spots several times and we had to ask them to move. Kitchen could probably use a little more items and using stainless steel pots and pans, rather than non stick pans would be preferred but thats just me being nit picky.
