10/10!!! Beautiful new lux property! Ocean right down the street (less than 50 yards). Also this was a private entry with less crowds. The golf kart was an added bonus and fun! Oh, the outlets in the kitchen are under the cabinets (took a day to figure that out). It new so no beach toys. Pool was very nice, however it’s small.
