A rental. Everything you need and golf cart was a huge plus. Paid for pool heat and it was perfect everyday for swimming. Enjoyed the pool in the morning hours and beach in the afternoon. Used the golf cart for everything from pizza pick up to shopping. House is beautiful, would 100% Stay again.
