The only issue we had was getting into the gated community. Waze took us to the Exit gate not the entrance gate. Which is not actually marked so we couldn’t figure out how to get in at first… So make sure you go in on Miami and not Hollywood.We had a 20 people with a total of 5 cars stay for the week and it was very comfortable and roomy enough to accommodate everyone and the cars. The golf cart was a must have since we were a little farther from the beach than I expected but it’s always hard to tell from the maps. If you are a brisk walker it may be 5 minutes but it’s more like 10 minutes. Mind you, I didn’t time the walk. But loading the golf cart and running people and things to the beach worked great!The beds were very comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was clean and well equipped. The pool was perfect for our group. They came and cleaned the pool on Wednesday which was nice. The first night we were there we discovered two sinks clogged so I called and the maintenance team came out first thing Sunday morning and took care of them. The dryer took forever to dry the towels but be patient and just don’t put too many in at once.The gated community felt very safe and walker friendly. I would definitely recommend this house to any large group.
