Living room sofas were moderately peeling, but not an issue for us . Great location short ride to beach access. Not able to use sun ninja tent at this location, bummer due to grandchildren needing shade and forced to rent umbrella. Great game room for kiddos, very spacious for large groups. Golf cart a plus. Enough parking for 5 cars. Very clean, beds were very comfortable and the back porch with screens excellent use of outdoor grilling!! Loved the 3rd floor outdoor area!! Definitely recommend this property
