Alex always responded pretty quickly. we had an issue with the golf cart they sent someone with in an hour to look at it. my kid thought she left her glass after we left and he reached out to housekeeping to see about them and let me know quickly. the Kitchen had the best pots and pans u could ask for i plan to get some for myself. the place was beautiful and matched the pics on air b&b.
