The property was beautiful, however we did have trouble with the elevator – reported at check in on Saturday and it was not fixed until a follow-up email was sent on Tuesday. Also the company that set up beach chairs failed to set up a location for High Cotton 3 out of 4 days. The home was perfect for our needs however many of our guests did not like the inability to block the surrounding properties lights from shining in the bedrooms at night. I thought I had read in previous reviews that this issued had been resolved, but apparently it has not. Blackout shades might do the trick.
