The house was beautiful. You really do not have a view of the ocean or beach but it is less than a 1 minute walk. You do not need a golf cart. We had 6 babies 5 and under and it was very easy going to the beach. The rental company checked in with us every day and if there was an issue they responded immediately. The house had a small pool that we all enjoyed. We paid to have it heated because we went early May. The location was wonderful for shopping and eating.
