Everything was absolutely perfect, except the fact that we came from Orlando and forgot we had different time zones. So we got there at 3pm and the check in was at 5pm. There was no one in the house, I called to try and get in earlier but they could not do right away, we still needed to wait outside after a long road trip plus was raining outside. They only gave us access at 4pm. We understand that if there is still people cleaning in house, we had no option but wait. Unfortunately we had to be inside the van for an hour. Plus our groceries were placed by the door from Walmart at the same time we arrived, so our stuff was outside for an hour. Besides that, there was nothing else. Our time was great, the house was super clean and it’s exactly what shows in the pictures! We don’t know how they could do check in for 4pm and not 3pm , but ok!
