Great space. 11 people total. 9 teens and 2 adults. Using golf cart was great for shuttling people to the beach daily!! Not ideal to walk to the beach with all the things. The picture of “beach access” on listing was misleading. Closest access was Pompano Joes. Host was super responsive. Master was on bottom level close to front door which allowed for monitoring teens:) There was a gate that required an access code to enter the area from Miami Street and somehow I missed that
