We had a great time! So much to do in the home which is incredible with kids (young and teens). We traveled with our teens and they loved being able to have autonomy about going to the ice cream place which was extremely close and over to the beach! We brought our bikes and they were able to ride those. There’s so much to do in the house that they barely picked up their cell phones which is amazing! The only thing I will say is that if your teens or older children like a deeper pool the pool area only goes to 4 feet so they found themselves wanting to spend more time outside of the pool area. However for younger children or those who don’t mind a pool like that it’s amazing! I do actually appreciate that they required a copy of any drivers license and insurance card that was going to operate the golf cart. They send you a message to send this information once you check in. You get the code to the key box after that. The golf cart being included in the price of the stay is an incredible value. The golf cart is a newer golf cart and is extremely nice. There were lots of beach items in the home for your use. If you don’t mind using those then you don’t have to bring them with you. We did use a couple of beach chairs and the umbrellas. You may want to bring the sand anchors if you plan to use them. We donated a pair of swim fins so enjoy! The property is amazing for multiple families vacationing together. We will be bringing back extended family. There is one bedroom on the main floor that is wonderful for someone who can’t climb the stairs. There are 16 stairs to the second floor and then 16 more up to the third floor. Views are amazing! Each and every single room having a bathroom of its own is an endless value. The bunk room was literally my kids favorite place to be. With all the bedrooms and only three teenagers and two adults traveling two of my teenagers wanted to stay in the bunk room together! The shower on the side of the house is a great value also to wash off the sand at the end of the day! Bottom line if you are reading this review and you’re thinking about renting this property just do it you won’t regret it!
