High Cotton is an absolutely wonderful and gorgeous home. It was well appointed, especially the kitchen having anything you could need. The elevator was a life saver for our folks and another bonus was the umbrellas set up at the beach for us every day. We were living in luxury. It is located in a great area. Close to shopping, plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores but on a quiet street. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back next year.
