Great place to spend time with family. Beach toys, boogie boards in garage, and games on 1st floor to keep grandkids occupied. Close enough to beach, to go back for anything you forgot. 4 beach chairs 2 umbrellas set up and taken down for us each day (we did purchase 1 set). Elevator use for 88 year old mother was a God send. Pool had colored lights which kids loved and added to ambience. Justin was our contact, introducing himself the first day, and quickly got back to us on questions we had. Laundry room had amazing 2 washers 2 dryers. Hugh pantry to store our items along with air fryer, crock pot, 4 slot toaster, blender, Keurig for pods and carafe plus counter ice maker for our bar set up. Entertained 17 for dinner using outdoor dining! 6 beach towels, cleaning items (broom mop) on 3rd floor, plenty of bath towels throughout. Guest book to sign and read for places to go. We will be returning next year!
