Great place: clean, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, well equipped kitchen with most small appliances, large pantry for groceries, open kitchen/ dining area to accommodate large group and to be together during meal times. Comfortable outdoor lounging and dining. Lots of sitting areas for privacy, if desired. 2 washers and dryers, both look new and work well! Extra fridge in the garage. Includes beach toys: buckets, shovels, etc. and boogie boards. 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas set up and taken down each day to make beach days enjoyable and simple. We enjoyed some calm beach days and some days with larger waves and rougher water. Fished with a license from the beach. We heated the pool which was comfortably warm. Justin, the property manager was accessible, kind, helpful, and quick to reply to our inquires and needs. Easy one minute walk to beach on the private cul de sac road within the gated community. Grocery store, a friendly church, and several restaurants an 8 minute walk. Cute coffee shops 15-20 minutes walk by beach or road. We did not rent a golf cart and did not feel we needed one. Only used our car one time. Coastal Retreats was helpful and informative to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
