The house was great for six families. We all have kids so the bunk rooms made it easy for every family to have a room and still enough for room for the kids to not have to sleep on the floor.
The pool, hot tub, and outside area was perfect for hanging around the house during the day and night. We got the pool and hot tub heated and they were the right temperature for our stay even though it was colder during some days.
The location was nice as well. We were less than 200 yards from the beach on a secluded road that made it easy to get to and from the beach with kids and stuff.
The only issues we had were the hibachi grill not working on the fourth floor and the internet being spotty in certain spots of the house.
