Every year my family of 22 (mixed in age ranging from 5 to 67 years old) get together to spend much needed quality time. We were fortunate to stay in this spacious house that allowed everyone a comfortable bed and space. There are many pros and a few cons that allowed us to enjoy each other’s company.
Pros: pool and hot tub area (spacious for our group and salt water based), large kitchen with good quality pots and pans to use, ample amount of beds (very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out), cleaned bathrooms, large long dining table for all to gather around and eat together, 2 washers and dryers (they worked and were cleaned without the musty smell that comes with front loaders), great neighbors/renters (friendly and respected each other), and the property manager is very responsive to any concerns
Cons: air could not go below 70F (issues upstairs on 2nd and 3rd floors), 3rd floor need better ventilation and circulation, couches (need replacement, leather was peeling off on several of the couches especially in the main living room and it was just not comfortable to sit on), the oven needs to be recalibrated (learning curve but after the first use we figured out the setting)
Overall the house is great for large families, in a great area, and clean (9 out 10).
