The space was perfect for our family of 12. We had 5 adults / 6 “kids” early 20’s / 1 pre-teen. We all loved having our own ensuite bathrooms. The only room that did not have a bathroom in it was the 1st level room with the two full size beds in it however the bathroom was just outside the room. The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of space to be with everyone or on our own.
Some of us played games at the dining room table while others were in the living room, and we could all be a part of the fun and conversation.
The small balcony off the dining room was perfect to do morning readings and alone time. Everyone that wanted time out there was able to enjoy it.
We used the grill out back. The backyard was a really nice space as well.
The “kids” stayed on the first level and enjoyed having their own space. It was fun to hear them laughing and enjoying their vacation which starts with being comfortable and enjoying the home you are staying in.
We loved using the golf cart and loved taking it to the beach as well as a lot of local restaurants and stores. It seats max of 6 people, so we decided to rent another 6-seater from an outside company and having both was great!
Alex and his team were very responsive and hospitable.
I will return to Coastal Retreats when I visit Miramar Beach again.
