House is located on beach and close to everything you want and need. We had 16 people ranging from 21 months to 65 and it was perfect for all. Plenty of room. House is clean with everything you need. Golf cart for 6 was an added bonus and had 4 road bikes. Communication was good and quick when needed. We would stay here again.
