Getting in touch with the management company was a little chaotic but once we got a hold of someone, booking this home was easy and quick. We received a detailed house guidebook with all the necessary codes, instructions and guides we would need in one place. We were contacted quickly for any additional needs they had from us such as verification for the golf cart, etc.
We were staying at the house for a company leadership offsite. The house was perfect with so many bathrooms! Everyone had their own room with ensuite bathroom to get ready in, which was nice in the morning. We did not use the pool or hot tub for our visit. For our group, we had groceries and e-bikes delivered and the house management was very accommodating and helpful at getting those square away when they arrived prior to our check-in.
All the tech, appliances, and electronics were easy to use and functional.
Communication was prompt and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. All the tech and electronics worked and the proximity to local things was amazing. We’ll definitely book here again.
