We had 8 kids 12 yrs and under in our group, so if you need to know about that, this is the review for you. Overall, this was an awesome place to stay – perfect for a large family/multiple families. Each bedroom has a bathroom – even the kids bunk room. It was clean and cute! It was also very nice to have a pool on property since some of the days we stayed it was double red flags at the beach. We also enjoyed the fishing pond! The huge kitchen and industrial-sized fridge was clutch. The beach is too far away to walk with small children with no sidewalk and if kids are 5 yrs and under, they need a carseat in order to ride on the golf cart, so we did have to drive our car to the beach. Sound travels significantly through the staircase in the house, so make sure you have sound machines or a quiet family. A standard baby gate does not fit on the wide staircase, unfortunately, so we had to rig something up for safety. You can fit pack n plays in some of the closets and bathrooms if you need
