This is a very spacious home, with a nice functional floor plan. We had 10 guests and there was more than ample space. The kitchen was well laid out and was great for our large family. Love the cookware. The pool was great and well maintained. Short walk to the beach and the golf cart was great for short trips around the neighborhood. There are some general housekeeping and upkeep items that need attention. The sectional had a large stain on it, and the chair in the living room was very worn. There were some additional chairs lined along a wall in the living room that I’m sure were for additional seating, but it created a very narrow access to the living area. As other guests noted we too had to purchase dishcloths for the kitchen. The cookie sheets need to be replaced. There was quite an impressive layer of dust on some of the furniture and the ledge on the stairwell we could write our name in. The light fixtures had not been dusted in quite a while. The sheets on the pull out upstairs were stained as well. We had a power issue and reached out to Alex and he was very responsive anytime we contacted him and very helpful!
