There was 10 adults, 5 kids. 1 dog and the rooms and layout worked great. The kitchen area and seating was open so we could all hang out there plus eat at one table. The location made it easy walk to beach or swimming pool plus golf cart hauled all beach stuff.
Would stay there again for family vacation.
