This newly built luxury home sleeps 16 with 2 King Suites, 1 Queen Suite, Double Full Suite, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious living room and a gourmet kitchen with all of the cookware the family chef will need. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The HEATED community pool and picnic area is right next to the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Coral Sunset offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

"The house was perfect as everyone had their own bedroom and baths. Each floor had its own A/C. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the open space from kitchen, living room and dinning room. We enjoyed the golf cart and extra cooler in the garage. Very nice rental and recommend it highly.

"The house is very beautiful with beach decore in every room. We loved having each our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen, living room and dinning room are all open to each other so you can still visit no matter where you sat. Beds were very comfortable. We have been coming to the beaches for 5 years and this is our favorite place out of all. And also we enjoyed the free golf cart. We give it 5 stars!!!

Perfect for our family of 12

"The space was perfect for our family of 12. We had 5 adults / 6 "kids" early 20's / 1 pre-teen. We all loved having our own ensuite bathrooms. The only room that did not have a bathroom in it was the 1st level room with the two full size beds in it however the bathroom was just outside the room. The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of space to be with everyone or on our own. Some of us played games at the dining room table while others were in the living room, and we could all be a part of the fun and conversation. The small balcony off the dining room was perfect to do morning readings and alone time. Everyone that wanted time out there was able to enjoy it. We used the grill out back. The backyard was a really nice space as well. The "kids" stayed on the first level and enjoyed having their own space. It was fun to hear them laughing and enjoying their vacation which starts with being comfortable and enjoying the home you are staying in. We loved using the golf cart and loved taking it to the beach as well as a lot of local restaurants and stores. It seats max of 6 people, so we decided to rent another 6-seater from an outside company and having both was great! Alex and his team were very responsive and hospitable. I will return to Coastal Retreats when I visit Miramar Beach again.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, comfortable home with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The setup was perfect for our group and allowed for the older grownups to have privacy and quiet space upstairs when needed, while the kiddos hung out downstairs. The golf cart was super convenient. There was a sofa sleeper that wasn’t in the listing and we would have liked to use it but there were no linens for it that we could find. Other than that, everything was great!

"My stay at Coral Sunset has been yet my favorite vacation I have ever been on. Not only was the location and house itself BEAUTIFUL, but there was endless amounts of stores and shops for necessities or even souvenirs/ shopping. This area in Mirimar had an immense amount of places to go to shop, hang out, eat dinner, take pictures, etc. The beach being right down the road was incredible. Alex helped from the very beginning to the very end with questions we had such as golf cart access, etc. I would 100% reccomend his airbnbs, and will be back as soon as this summer! 10/10

The walk to the beach was much faster if you went out the side gate across from the pool vs walking all the way around by Alvin's per my adults kids, personally I used the Golf Cart & have decided it's the BEST way to go at the beach.

"We enjoyed our stay! The house has plenty of space (and bathrooms) for everyone! Alex was super helpful and responsive in addressing our comfort. We had a couple of issues come up with the appliances and the team resolved them quickly! The walk to the beach was surprisingly longer than I had expected, based on the description, but it was very convenient to have the golf cart. Overall, we had a very nice experience!

"We loved our stay! It perfectly fit our groups wants and needs. Perfectly located in walkable distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The golf cart was a huge plus to get around faster and easier. Alex communicated very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. "Super family friendly! We loved our stay at the Coral Sunset home! Our family of 15 fit comfortably. We especially loved that the living room and kitchen are on the middle floor, and the kids loved the bunk beds! We appreciated all the amenities and how clean everything was. The beach is a 2-3 minute ride away and everything you need is super close. We didn’t think we would like the golf cart as much as we did but we loved taking it everywhere nearby! The pool is also a few houses down. The host was super responsive and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again!

"Мы приехали сюда с нашей большой семьей, с 7 детьми. Дети и мы в полном восторге! Мы высоко оценили все удобства, предоставляемые в этом доме. Нам очень понравилось расположение комнат и красивый холл с кухней, где мы проводили время вместе. Бассейн был очень близко, и он почти всегда был доступен для нас (бассейн не очень большой, пожалуй максимум для одной семьи). Отдельно стоит упомянуть о гольф-каре, потому что наши дети получили невероятное удовольствие от поездок на этом транспорте на пляж. (До пляжа около 3-4 минут). Все инструкции были предоставлены через приложение, и у нас почти не было вопросов. Удобно, что совсем рядом есть магазины, где можно купить товары первой необходимости, в том числе товары для пляжа. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

"My family and I had a great time. The floor plan is ideal for a family vacation. The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect it was a short golf cart ride to restaurants, shops and attractions. It is within walking distance to the beach. Alex was one of the best host that I've dealt with. "We had the entire block of homes to ourselves during our visit, which added to the overall appeal, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect space! It’s within walking distance to the pool (two doors over) and the beach, although the golf cart was our transport to the coastline each time. There were eight of us renting the home and we all felt comfortable and had enough privacy for our needs. There was definitely room for 2/3 more adults to fit comfortably, too. We were visiting the area for a friend’s wedding and our house was the gathering space for all the friends and family. We didn’t feel cramped in the kitchen/living space with everyone there. They are very clear about the number of amenities (e.g. paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher wash, etc.), so either bring your own for surplus or simply ask them ahead of time. Great stay centrally located to Destin/30A, we highly recommend!

"My family and I stayed there the past week and the house was described and looked exactly like the pictures. There were 3 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space was for everyone. The complimentary golf cart was a plus for our family, especially since the beach was so close. The host and property management company was so responsive and so helpful with any issues we had and we are so grateful we were able to stay and enjoy such a great home. It was a great vacation and our family would definitely recommend the place to our family and friends. We hope to stay here again very soon!!!

"Would definitely stay here again. Great location, quiet neighborhood, pet friendly & everyone seemed to pick up after their pets, golf cart made getting around easy, public beach access was a bit of a pain finding a park for the golf cart but it was close by. House was comfortable. 3 floors was a bit daunting with heavy luggage but we managed. FYI-Cornhole area could use lighting we never could use after dinner b/c it was too dark & you couldn't see. Not enough light in backyard at all was hard to grill. Couches could use a steam cleaning or washing the cushion covers & pillows at least once a month. For an exuberant cleaning fee of $695.00 one would expect the house to be almost spotless. Kitchen could use a few smaller pots for cooking more than 1 side, we replaced the plastic can opener as it was broken upon trying to use with a metal one that is more durable. Over all our stay was great but hope the info helps for the future guests.
