"Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit—it offered plenty of space for everyone and was the perfect home base for our trip. We loved the community amenities, from the heated pool to the Green Egg grills, and the convenient location made exploring Destin so easy. Having golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around a breeze. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Coastal Retreats. They handled every detail of our booking seamlessly and went above and beyond by checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend both this unit and Coastal Retreats—you’ll be well taken care of!

An Amazing Stay!!

"We had an amazing time at Coastal Retreats' rental "Feelin TipSea" The accommodations were amazing, comfortable and convenient. We had (2) golf carts that got us to the beach daily and plenty of room for our large extended family trip. The clubhouse was directly across the street from our rental, which gave us access to a large pool, big cabana, grills, stocked pond etc. The rental had oversized rooms, all which had its own bathroom/showers. It also had fun bunk house, and arcades and air hockey table on the 2nd floor that the kids loved! We had a minor issue with the hockey table but the team at Coastal took care of it right away! Awesome responsiveness and communication. Everyone was happy with the stay and would recommend to family & friends!! Check it out!!

"We had a great time, location and amenities were on par! The unit was a little more worn than anticipated based on the pictures. One golf cart continued to malfunction. They were quick to respond with concerns of the unit and golf cart. However we did not get a fully functioning cart until our last day. Overall, I would do it again!

"That place was amazing everything was very accurate. I had booked this for my birthday/close friend reunion and it was the best trip we had all taken together, the beach is minutes away by the carts or walking although one of the golf carts (grey) was very slow even after a full day of charging but nonetheless still slowly got us to we needed to go, and the neighborhood is very friendly. The grill and pool were very nice to use as well, everyone loved the air hockey table. The counter space for games and dinners was super nice !! Also for anyone who would be staying on the third floor the showers only give out Lukewarm water, I didn’t mind it as much but some other people did, all the hot showers are on the 2nd and 1st floor but other than that it was a very nice and a much needed mini vacay would recommend to everyone!!!!

"Feelin TipSea was so beautiful and stunning. We traveled with a total of 10 guests. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon. The property was easy to locate and just minutes from the beach, outlet mall, Walmart, and the grocery stores. We enjoyed the golf carts, which gave us easy, quick access to the beach. Alex and the team responded to all of our questions and concerns, no matter what time of day it was. They even accommodated us for an early check-in, which really helped with my elderly dad and other family members who have swelling problems. We enjoyed the egg grill and the air hockey. The kitchen/dinnette had everything we needed as we cooked several meals for breakfast and dinner. The pool was heated and warm, and my niece really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

"Feelin TipSea was everything and more that my family had hope for. The property was clean and described as pictured. We enjoyed the air hockey and the video games. The golf carts were great as well and made it so convenient for trips back and forth to the beach. The heated pool was also nice since and keep us warm as temperatures were in the mid 60s. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Alex and staff for responding so quickly and promptly to all the answers I had. We really needed this vaction after so many deaths and sickness in my family. Thanks for blessing our family with this beautiful home. We really appreciate it, The Dillard/Madison Family.

"17 of us fit in this space perfectly! Everyone had their own bed. I do wish there were more bathrooms. Great use of the space. The golf carts were great to have! Quick ride to the beach. The place is right across from the pool/fishing pond. The kitchen was amazing & we loved the big fridge. Check in was amazing! Ran into Brandon who was doing a last minute inspection after the cleaners. Alex was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely consider booking this place again for our next family beach trip. We were there during the arrival of Hurricane Helene, but it just missed us. We were asked to bring in outside furniture which wasn’t a big deal for the men we had in our group. Luckily we were able to enjoy our time without having to evacuate or leave early.

"This is a great property for a large group. Even when everyone was downstairs around the kitchen island, it didn’t feel too crowded. Everyone had their own space. Everything was as advertised. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Having two golf carts available was extremely beneficial. I think the kids spent more time at the pool than they did at the beach and with it being right there made it especially nice. The clubhouse area also made it convenient for lunch at the pool. This place has everything you need to have a great time. The consensus with all of the family is that we would definitely stay here again.

"Alex, really showed what a professional should be in any line of business. Alex attention to detail were unequivocally important to my entire family. Everything that Alex described when listing this particular property made it a no brainer, when l showed it to my family. My grandkids talked about this house for months on months. They couldn’t believe how beautiful the house looked and how well it turned out to be. My grandkids along with the rest of my family did not want to leave. 3 of my youngest grandkids were upset because they wanted my wife and I, to purchase the house before we left. We had great time together. The location was great, easy to get to and from the beach. We enjoyed the pool area along with the many grills to grill with. The area was nice, clean, friendly, safe and cozy. I would recommend staying there to anyone. By far the best place we’ve stayed at since we started our family vacations 10 years ago. "The house was perfect for our group of 15. It was very quiet inside the house and even with babies and toddlers it worked well. The bathroom situation is exceptional with every bedroom having a bathroom (except the bunk room shared one.). The kids enjoyed the game room. We were able to prepare all of our meals with what was provided in the kitchen. The golf carts were perfect and made getting around so much easier.

"We had a great stay. It rained every day and what was great is that there is A LOT of space and great things to do in the house. There were 9 adults and we never felt like we were crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. The pool area is gorgeous even in the rain and the walk to restaurants was super easy. We loved our time! Alex was always responsive and so nice! He even brought extra things we needed during our stay that weren’t included in the rental. Very nice touches.

"This home is beautiful and spacious , just as described. "Amazing house for a family vacation. It was clean and well maintained. The location can’t be beat! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also felt very private. The amenities at the Retreat were wonderful! There’s something for everyone. The teens especially enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach and the game room in the house. Alex was very responsive whenever we had a question. Having the two golf carts included was such a great convenience. Restaurants, beach and shopping are all close and easily accessible by golf carts. We will definitely return to the Retreat and Miramar Beach!

"Our group loved our stay at Feelin Tip Sea. We were four families with kids ranging from ages 4-12 and we couldn’t have asked for a better space. The kids LOVED the second floor game area and having the pool across the street was perfect. The adults enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen Island each night and loved having access to the golf carts for trips to the beach. Do not delay booking, you won’t regret it!

"This was the best Airbnb stay, I have ever had. Alex was an extraordinary host. He made sure we had everything we needed. I rented this house for my wedding weekend. Myself and 3 bridesmaids got ready with makeup and hair on the 3rd floor. I did my 1st look with both my husband to be and bridesmaids on the 3rd floor balcony. I was looking for a house that would be beautiful in pictures, and this was definitely the right pick! If you are looking for a stress free place to stay may it be for your wedding, family reunion, friend reunion, or just a family vacation I highly recommend this house! The 2 golf carts were a lot of fun as well! Hopefully one day I will stay here again! The location was wonderful rigjt next to the pool and extra parking! We had an issue with the toaster, and Alex came right over with a brand new toaster! I highly recommend this house, and even more I recommend Alex as your host!

"This was one of the most extraordinary trips we ever had. The location is great. We were close to everything. The golf cart was definitely a plus as we we were able to use both carts to get to the beach and also to the eateries on the beach. When walking into the beautiful home, we were met with it being absolutely immaculate. The kitchen was designed for 3 or 4 chefs to cook at the same time. Each couple had their room and their own bathroom which helped us really enjoy the house as well as our privacy. There were small refrigerators to put our drinks in, on each floor not to mention that each room has its on 55 inch TV. Our host was very easy to reach. He helped us with getting our college games on the TV just in time for kickoff. (Thanks Alex) We truly had a blast. I can not speak for the other homes in the neighborhood but ours was one of the biggest. We were directly across from the swimming pool and lake. We had awesome views. I can actually go on and on but, hey, don’t take my word for it, go ahead and book this home for yourself. You will not regret it!!! Absolutely phenomenal

"Tran Tastic We vacationed at 21 Retreats Feelin' TipSea. Three stories of memories that will last a lifetime! A wonderful time was had by all. Absolutely loved the location on beautiful Miramar Beach. We felt so secluded in our little subdivision oasis, but yet felt close to everything. Quick access to supermarkets and endless entertainment by vehicle. This retreat came with two golf carts which allowed easy access to the public beach. The beach is also close enough if you prefer to get your steps in. Golf carts really save on transportation as they are allowed on the coastal road. We were able to transport family and beach items with ease for our beach days. Any time we wanted to go cruise around, just jumped right in and took off! The house was fully equipped and very comfortable. Smart televisions throughout with pre-loaded entertainment packages. Breezy balconies for morning coffee or sunsets. The a/c was strong and a much welcomed break from the summer heat. Fun game room provided plenty of entertainment for the younger ones (and adults too!). Large refrigerator/freezer held all of our perishable groceries, while huge pantry held the rest. We had plenty of "chefs" in our presence and the kitchen provided mostly everything we needed. We also had our own BGE for our professional griller in the family! Shower and water hose right outside the house really helped limit the sand getting inside, but if it did no fear as there is a powerful and easy to use vacuum to help with the indoor comfort. Alex was very responsive and receptive to our needs. The most important question we ask ourselves is, would we stay at Feelin' TipSea again? The answer is a definite YES! We had a Trantastic time and cannot wait to do it again. The only sad part was writing this review, as it meant our trip was officially over, and the fun times are all now distant memories.

"Great location a few blocks from public beach access. Golf carts are great for shuttling people to the beach and if you go early enough, you can find a parking spot there. Pool is nice with plenty of shade. We enjoyed the large kitchen island and beautiful furnishings. The kids loved the air hockey table though it can get a little loud. Alex was very responsive to our needs and requests.

"Excellent house! Well furnished, with ample supplies needed for cooking meals if desired. It was unfortunate the currents were so strong while we were there so we couldn’t go in the ocean. Keep in mind, with this rental you’ll have access to a public beach where there’s lots of seaweed left on the beach for environmental purposes.

"This house was amazing! We had 8 adults and 9 kids and it couldn’t have been better. We all had plenty of space and the two golf carts were perfect. This house is ideal for large groups, especially with kids. It’s also right next to the pool so that was a plus!

"Very nice , clean and big house. There is enough room for three families with kids. The manager was very nice and responsive. The only advice is to add a gas grill. It will take forever to cook something on the one which is present on the property.

"Feelin Tip Sea was everything we could’ve asked for. The noise was gorgeous. 3 levels was great for our group to all have our own space. Literally had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to enough bath towels. The house was modern and extremely clean. Location was perfect for the beach but also if you needed something from the store I.e dollar general/Walmart/cvs. Close to a lot of restaurants and other attractions in case you get tired of the beach. Definitely worth renting out for your vacation!
