"Beautiful property. Pool was awesome. Kids loved the video games. Great place to hang out with all our family. All the bathrooms for all the bedrooms were a plus. We were a little worried about getting to the beach with the golf cart. It took us several trips each time but with our group someone was always available to make the run.

"We had 16 adults and 10 children with us during our stay. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. The layout of the home was very friendly for big family gatherings. The golf cart worked well to shuttle down to the beach. We found a place on sidestreet near the dropoff point where we could park the golf cart. The beach was wonderful. We used the pool lots. The pool was cleaned mid-week. We felt owners were attentive and quick in their reply. We definitely would like to return. The grandkids really want to go back!

"We gathered family for a week and all worked out great! The home is well located and was laid out well. Kitchen had items we needed. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. The pool was cleaned during the week. The golf cart was great for shuttling folks down to beach. We would stay here again!

"Every year my family of 22 (mixed in age ranging from 5 to 67 years old) get together to spend much needed quality time. We were fortunate to stay in this spacious house that allowed everyone a comfortable bed and space. There are many pros and a few cons that allowed us to enjoy each other's company. Pros: pool and hot tub area (spacious for our group and salt water based), large kitchen with good quality pots and pans to use, ample amount of beds (very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out), cleaned bathrooms, large long dining table for all to gather around and eat together, 2 washers and dryers (they worked and were cleaned without the musty smell that comes with front loaders), great neighbors/renters (friendly and respected each other), and the property manager is very responsive to any concerns Cons: air could not go below 70F (issues upstairs on 2nd and 3rd floors), 3rd floor need better ventilation and circulation, couches (need replacement, leather was peeling off on several of the couches especially in the main living room and it was just not comfortable to sit on), the oven needs to be recalibrated (learning curve but after the first use we figured out the setting) Overall the house is great for large families, in a great area, and clean (9 out 10). Thank you to the amazing management that resolved all my concerns and made our week stay memorable!

"Had an amazing stay! Super easy to communicate with the owners when needed. The only issue we had is the freezer not working and it ended up ruining some of our groceries. I immediately emailed the staff and not only did they bring us an entire new fridge but also offered to refund us on the groceries that were ruined. I was extremely impressed with how fast and kind they were throughout the week. I also noticed the pool needing some chemicals put in half way throughout the week, and all it took was a quick email and they sent a pool guy right out to clean it! Great location, very clean, and overall an amazing stay with GREAT staff. 100% recommend for a family vacation.

"The Groovy Goat was a beautiful home & the perfect location for my bachelorette. We had a plumping issue that was discovered when we arrived but Alex and the team had professionals out to repair it ASAP. It was an inconvenience but the Coastal Retreats team had amazing communication, were very friendly and even threw in some extra goodies for us. The house was clean, unique and the beds were very comfy!

"We stayed at the Groovy Goat with five families—21 people in total—and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alex and his team were incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was taken care of. The heated pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and the beds were super comfortable. We were also impressed by the amazing water pressure in the showers! We would absolutely book the Groovy Goat again and highly recommend it to others.

"We were a group of 18, 4 families for our annual spring break trip. The house was exactly how it shows in the pictures, having multiple king suites was perfect for all of the adults, and the two bunk rooms were just what the kids needed. The pool was a really good size for a rental, and lots of lounge chairs in the yard and plenty of umbrellas for shade. The walk to the beach was under 10 minutes, very easy. I would have expected at the house would've had a little more leftover things from previous families, little things that would've been helpful like saran wrap, Tupperware containers, the house had a lot of empty cabinets. We left a lot of things we purchased for the next family thank you

"Family of 17, mostly teenagers, were thrilled with our stay. The property was beautiful and comfortable. The layout of the house gave everyone enough space to do their own thing. We loved just hanging out either in the pool, hot tub or kitchen/family room. The beds were all so comfortable and I loved that the bunk beds were full size. Bedding and linens were beautiful. Alex made it very easy to check in and was available to ask any questions. This will be a lasting memory for my family.

"We had such a great time at this location. We had a big party of 24 people and the house didn’t feel small at all. The heated pool and hot tub was an additional plus for the kids. "The communication when it come to this property from start to finish was outstanding. Very quick to respond. What you see with the pictures is exactly what you get. The pool and the jacuzzi was worth paying extra for the heat. The location was the best. The beds were firm and comfortable, enough kitchen supplies to accommodate a fully house, the grill works beautifully. My favorite part was the screened in porch. I’m definitely coming back. Walking distance to the beach as well. You would not be disappointed…. Everything was beautiful for me and my BSP Family…. We’ll be back
