"Lots of space in the house. Very nice community pool, with plenty of grilling options, TVs and a shaded seating area as well as sun loungers. The beach was a decent walk, so it was nice to have the golf cart. Local restrictions require kids of a certain age to have a car or booster seat in the golf cart so be aware of those restrictions. The ocean had lots of seaweed when we were there, but otherwise it was nice. We would certainly stay in this house again.

"Excellent property for family reunions. We had enough room for everyone. Adults as well as children enjoyed the house and the community amenities. The property manager was always quick to respond any concerns I had. We recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a pleasant time at Miramar Beach, Fl.

"We had a great stay at Alex’s place! Location was convenient, and close to the beach. The golf cart access made it even more convenient (quick 2 min ride). The home was clean and included everything we needed including multiple washers and dryers. The pool area was large and had several grills for cooking. Plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. Alex made check in easy and he was always responsive.

"My family and I stayed at Hidden Treasures for 4 days and it exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and appointed with everything we needed. We were very pleased with the beach chairs/umbrella and the golf cart was an added bonus. The pool is steps away and the beach is less than 5mins away. The location is great near many restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfy with nice pillows. The only flaws were the kitchen stools are uncomfortable and we couldn’t get all the TVs to work consistently, but that’s just picking, overall I rate it 10/10!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It truly exceeded our expectations, and there was more than enough space of my entire family. The only downside was that the 1 set of bunk beds were situated a bit too close to the stairs, and we noticed there wasn’t a child gate for safety. However, this little hiccup didn’t take away from our overall fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back!

"Look no further, Hidden Treasure is where you want to host your next get together!! The house is large enough that our 15 guests had enough space to either all be together or sneak away for some alone time. Each room is pleasantly decorated with very comfortable beds, pillows and crisp clean linens. The games on the second floor provided lots of competition for the grown men in the family (insert eye-roll). The kitchen being fully stocked made cooking meals with ease along with having a pantry to keep everything out of sight. By far my favorite was the coffee maker on the top level. Nothing like rolling out of bed, grabbing a coffee and sitting on the balcony to start one's morning. I cannot wait to return to the beautiful beaches of Destin and stay at a Coastal Retreats Luxury Vacation Rental.

From the moment I booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and provided all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The place itself was even better than the pictures! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The cozy living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights was the balcony with a view and heated pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The location was also ideal, with easy access to shopping outlet stores, grocery stores and restaurants. Alex went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable! "Alex’s place is as described, beautiful, roomy, and has everything you need in a kitchen. We loved the pool area and used the green eggs to make dinner several times. The walk to Miramar beach is about 10 to 15 minutes. Lots of fun things to do in the area. We drove 30A which was a real treat. Don’t hesitate to rent Alex’s place, it’s worth the money.

"Alex’s home was so beautiful! The community/neighborhood was very peaceful and the pool was a big hit with our kiddos! There was a bathroom for everyone and the rooms were amazingly comfortable. "My family of 18 really enjoyed this place. The golf cart was perfect so making quick trips to the beach or ice cream shop. It’s still close enough to the beach to walk also. Some of the kids would walk while we drove the grandparents down to the water. It’s a very nice, clean house with an awesome game room.

"If you have a big group this is the place to stay!!! The pictures don’t do justice. Everything that you need is inside. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a chef come in and the chef was pleased with the equipment. The grill with the pools and TVs were awesome! The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were just right. Don’t forget your fishing rods!!! The location to the beach was perfect. We actually visited three different beaches along the road. Most of all Alex was very responsive. The kids had a ball! The adults had fun!!! The added experience was the golf cart. There were beach chairs and some beach supplies. Everyone said they can’t wait to come back!!! Last but not least. If you need more than one house it may be available which is what we had. Two houses for our large group. It was more than enough space! Will be back!

"This property was as advertised on Airbnb. The photos are identical to what you’ll receive, if not more than what is expected. I love how the home is in short distance of the beach and restaurants. My only concern was check-in being at 5PM. That was fairly late and after a 7 hour drive my group would’ve benefited from check-in being earlier.

"Lots of space & nearly everything you could possibly need! The king & queen bedrooms were spacious and cozy. Bathrooms were spotless & modern. The kitchen had almost every dish, pan, & utensil you can possibly think of! We cooked at least 10 large meals during our stay & the only thing that wasn’t available was a mixer (technically, the house has one but it wasn’t working). The bunk room with the barn door is great for kids though ours are older teens so it was a bit crowded for them. The other bunks were a lot more exposed to the game room/living space than expected. This may have been clear in the house description but that caught us off guard. People sleeping in those bunks will hear everything on the first & second floors. The game room had lots of options for our teens to hang out & play games though a table would be a great addition to play board games. There’s a 4-person table on the balcony nearby but that’s not an option during colder months. Overall, a wonderful stay!

"We were a family of 22 vacationing in the area for the first time. We loved the house! It is spacious, which is important for us with such a large group. The location is great with a quick walk or drive to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The bunk beds were perfect for us and the children we had. Everyone of all ages were able to enjoy the game room. The golf cart was so great and convenient! We used it take tours of the area, take the children and some of the adults out to the ice cream and gift shop and to the beach; which was great since parking is not as easy to find everywhere for multiple cars. The pool and grill area is nice as well. We did use the grill the one night we had a big dinner for everyone and the children had fun in the pool. The house was clean, rooms were spacious and there were enough bathrooms for all. Alex was wonderful about providing information and responding. I definitely recommend this house and will stay here or any of his other properties in the future

"Was a beautiful house, amazingly clean and close to everything. We used it for a wedding for everyone to meet at the pool and everything on site was amazing. The golf cart was awesome to get to the beach the bunkbeds in the game room. We’re awesome. Our kids had a great time the stairs will have you so ready to enjoy the amazing view on the third floor the owner and the manager were very easy to get a hold of all hours. We had a mishap, and my husband left the top of our wedding cake in the freezer, and they made it very very easy for me to make it back up there and get it after making it all the way home(they saved my poor husband) we will definitely book again!!!!!!

"Was a beautiful house, amazingly clean and close to everything. We used it for a wedding for everyone to meet at the pool and everything on site was amazing. The golf cart was awesome to get to the beach the bunkbeds in the game room. We’re awesome. Our kids had a great time the stairs will have you so ready to enjoy the amazing view on the third floor the owner and the manager were very easy to get a hold of all hours. "Such a beautiful house and location. This vacation home was more than accommodating for our large group. The house is just as it is pictured. Kitchen has everything you could think of for cooking. Loved having the community pool and grills right across the street. Beach was a short walk away as well with a restaurant right at the beach access. Definitely would stay here or at one of Alex’s properties again!

"The house was beautiful and the kitchen was VERY well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and dishes. The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach. The community pool and grills were awesome for the big dinner we had one night. It was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back!

"We had a fantastic extended family vacation at Hidden Treasure! The home is beautiful, clean, and new, and just as described. The location was close to anything you would want. The golf cart was fun and convenient for getting to the beach or restaurant. It was super helpful for getting our 88 year old dad around. The big beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The counter was huge and great for meals and games. Alex was great to work with and took good care of us. He was quickly responsive to our questions and needs and very nice! We had 18 adults and young adults in our group and the house accommodated us well! The only thing to know is that the bunk beds on the same wall are in a hall; not ideal for our group but we worked with it. We would definitely come back again. It was a great time for all! We highly recommend!

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hidden Treasure! This home provided more than enough space for all of us and we really liked the large space in the kitchen for all of us to eat together. The kitchen chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but it ended up being fine. Also, the golf cart was a huge plus for when we wanted to go to the beach. Alex checked in with us each day to make sure everything was going smoothly which was nice!

Alex is great, and will resolve all your issues in a very efficient, and timely manner. I will definitely come back to Destin, and enjoy one of the several different properties that he manages!

"I can't say enough about this house! It was incredible!! We had 14 people in our group and every single person loved it. It had a great flow for a larger group. The 3 stories were perfect for the people who wanted a more quiet vibe could be upstairs. The ones that wanted to be more social could be on the 1st or 2nd floors. Everything was incredibly clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We walked to the beach daily. Walkable to a few restaurants. And the golf cart was such a fun addition! Alex communicated extremely well! He checked in daily, just making sure everything was good. At one point I just couldn't figure out the dishwasher and he sent a maintenance man over in a matter of minutes! An amazing host for sure!! 10/10 would recommend! We will be back!:)

I have never stayed at an Airbnb so I brought my own towels, utensils, tissue and paper towels but the home came with it! This place is a skip and hop to the beach. It rained the whole time so we just rode the golf cart up there which came with the home! Alex our host was awesome. Very easy to get in contact with and very accommodating to our needs!
