"By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had! First off, Alex was extremely helpful & responsive. We booked to celebrate my grandmother’s 70th birthday in Destin & Alex helped accommodate our needs as well as providing suggestions for local event venues. The house was extremely spacious, CLEAN & perfect for our family not to mention the location was perfect. Would 100% reccomend this home to anyone considering staying here.

"21 of us escaped the ice storm in SC and stayed here. It was perfect. With 14 kids and 8 adults we had room to spare. This place is an easy walk to the beach and super close to the pool. Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The place was clean and well equipped. Would 100% stay again.

"We have been coming to the Florida Coast for over 25 years and have rented several dozen units. This is the best rental yet! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the living area was spacious, the kitchen had top notch amenities (along with a huge refridgerator/freezer), and the craftsmanship of the building was impeccable. Very comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. We WILL book again!!

"The house was beautiful and well equipped. It was more like a 9-10 min walk to the beach (rather than the posted 7) but we mostly did shuttles with the golf cart which was a great bonus. Adding a small air fryer would be a suggestion and a small stick vacuum or dust pan for the daily sand accumulation. We used the broom (already there) and the corner of a box so it worked fine. Overall 5/5 stars!

"The house was amazing with the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. All of our kids and grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the family time and how easy it was for us all to stay there. The kitchen is amazing and so centrally located downstairs to the living room that everything was 100% positive. The communication between Alex and me was exceptional that he was always spot on with answers and recommendations for what we needed. We definitely look forward to coming back and thank you again to all involved. The golf cart was a treasure trait along with a green egg as we used every amenity offered. So much there and all of us said we have no complaints. Job well done.

"Our family of 7 adults and 10 children had very unique needs for a house because of infants, small children and people with medical issues and this house checked every box for us! From the bunk rooms for all the cousins to the very comfortable bedrooms with king size beds and private baths for all of the adults we were set up for a great weekend. Kitchen is well stocked. The golf cart was AMAZING to get us all to the beach and to all the surrounding shops and restaurants, although it's fairly easy to walk to many places. Host is VERY responsive and informative. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this house for large groups!

"My stay at High Tide was amazing! Everything was neat and in place. Very accommodating and clean! We especially enjoyed the golf cart rides to the beach at night. The only problem I had was a problem with the golf cart bc it wouldn’t charge overnight. The problem was handled quickly. I plan to return again within the year.

"The house was beautiful, just as described and in pictures. It was incredibly spacious with many beds and plenty of bathrooms. The golf cart was a great addition as it allowed us to get to the beach within a few minutes. The kids and adults loved the vintage video games. Having two laundry rooms was helpful for our large party. And the garage was great for extra storage (beach gear, coolers). We will definitely go back!

"Our large family had a fantastic stay at this property. The mini fridges on each floor were incredibly convenient, making it easy to store snacks and drinks. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and we were impressed with the cleanliness throughout the house. The kids were very excited about the bunk beds, which added an extra level of fun to their stay. They also absolutely adored the gaming amenities, which kept them entertained for hours. We made great use of the golf cart, which the kids loved riding to and from the beach. The proximity of the community pool to the house was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy it frequently. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to returning!

"Alex and Justin were extremely helpful. We lost the golf cart key and they replaced it the same morning so we didn’t skip a beat in our vacation! "High Tide was a stunning rental. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We maxed it out with 22 people and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The kids took over floors 2&3 and the adults hung out on the main level. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we parked a car down there every morning with all our chairs and then used the golf cart to shuttle our crew back and forth all day. The pool was a hit with the kids post-beach. Alex was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the house or area. The complex was great and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property or any other in the complex.

"Great stay at High Tide. We really enjoyed the back patio with little ones 3 & under as they had a little yard area to play in. Alex was quick to reply & solve any minor issues. Very accomodating. perfect vacation getaway

"This was the perfect vacation getaway spot! We had 13 people and everyone had their own rooms, bathrooms, and plenty of privacy, yet the large main floor living area and kitchen were PERFECT for when we all wanted to congregate. The golf cart is awesome and was vital to getting around - easy to use and came in SO handy! The pool and resort were beautiful - we were absolutely thrilled! There are a lot of stairs, but even my 80 year old parents made it to the 2nd floor just fine. My brother was in a wheelchair and utilized the main floor beautifully. Thanks to Alex for being a great host!!

Beautiful home, comfy beds, close to beach.

"This home has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation. The large bar in the kitchen was a favorite spot to gather around. I slept in one of the king bedrooms. I was pleased that the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well each night. I have hip and back problems and I usually don't sleep well traveling. That was a huge plus for me. The 6 person golf cart made the ride over to the beach with transportation of chairs and ice chest a breeze. Watching a movie on the TV in the living room made you feel you were in a theatre with the great sound system. The kids loved playing air hockey and singing karaoke. The swimming pool was nice to enjoy as the beach had double red flags (no swimming) for 5 days. It rained alot while we were there so all the eminities at the house was nice to have around. We cooked at least 2 meals a day there. The fridge and freezer had adequate space to accommodate all the food we brought. I only recommend bringing extra dishwasher soap if you plan to use the dishwasher alot. Loved having bathrooms for each bedroom. Lots of space for everyone to be together or have their own area to retreat to if needed. Noticed a few things not quite working right but texted host and he was quick to reply and get solutions. Overall I would recommend staying. I've stayed in other homes in the same neighborhood but this place far exceeded the others. I would love to stay there again one day.

"The environment was scrubbed, unsoiled, spotless, polished, and aliened with a deodorized fragrance. Every room was decorated with a deep blue ocean, Neptune theme. This provided a delightful mood, influence and surrounding, that enhanced our relaxation and enjoyment. The kitchen was well equipped and the refrigerator was spacious, gigantic, oversized and mammoth. It was the first we had observed one that size. Our thanks, gratitude, appreciation, endorsement and recognition for your contribution in the relaxing, rewarding, outstanding, therapeutic environment you provided for us to enjoy God's beautiful creation at Miramar Beach.

"Great house, perfect for large groups. Even if you are with a large group the setup of the house will still allow for personal space. There are porches off the the “non-bunk” rooms to drink coffee or read. Golf cart is great, makes it easy to quickly get to beach, store, restaurant or just to cruise. Great location, easy to get around and set back enough so you don’t hear beachfront noise or traffic. In the evening we had a lot of fun playing the games provided with the house. Exactly like pictures. Located in a community of similar units. Pool is 1 minute walk from unit. Alex is a great host, responds quickly and communicates well.
