Welcome to Mimosa Manor, your luxury beach home just a 2-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. This newly built luxury home sleeps 20 with 4 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite, and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, private access to the pool pavilion, and expansive suites and covered balconies. Have family friendly competition in the game room complete with a custom wall-mounted arcade games with 3,500+ games. Mimosa Manor is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Private access from the back porch to the 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse! Mimosa Manor offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Mimosa Manor is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

"Beautiful home with plenty of space. Very well maintained, equipped and furnished nicely. The area was amazing. Not to far from the beach within walking distance and with the golf cart it was easy to drop family off as well as items needed for a day at the beach. Many things to do in the area as far as family entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Close enough to Destin and Ft. Walton (approx. 20 -25 minute travel) to enjoy additional entertainment and dining. The property overall was a dream, especially when you mother walks in and cries because she has never been to a place this beautiful. She loved the large kitchen and dining table she should could enjoy meals with her entire family. The pool was beautiful, the turf, the heated pool, the grills, tv, and additional dining area for your family to enjoy a meal outside. Security was on top of the area. Made my family feel very safe. The rules were in place to allow everyone to have fun but yet respect everyone. My family and I would definitely rate this place a Perfect 10 and would rent again.

"Mimosa Manor was the perfect way for our extended family of 15 to ring in the new year! The condo is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. It's also dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Coastal Retreats staff was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, ensuring everything about our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to book again! And did I mention the location? The golf cart and nearby public beach access were so convenient. The heated pool, large TVs, and Green Egg grills were fantastic for watching football and grilling up delicious meals. Mimosa Manor truly exceeded all our expectations!

"Home is absolutely beautiful. Pristine. Plenty of parking in drive way. The 6 person golf cart is absolutely amazing to drive down to the beach and shops. Really adds to the trip! Safe neighborhood. Plenty of room for large family. Everyone is extremely responsive and helpful w all questions. I left my bag and contacted them about shipping back and they shipped it out same day. Trustworthy people. 5 star rating from my family and I. They even have beach accessories in garage you can use. Highly recommend!

The PERFECT home for our retreat!

"Alex was a pleasure to work with! Mimosa Manor had everything we needed for our retreat. It was clean upon arrival. We loved the location and the golf cart came in handy to get to the beach on the days we didn't want to walk. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and styled very well (not the cheesy beach theme you see in many beach homes). The kitchen had just about everything we needed (we purchased a mixer) and was a great place to cook our meals. We had one issue with the blinds and Alex was quick to respond and helpful. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Mimosa Manor and working with Alex.

"This house was absolutely gorgeous and well stocked! Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Balconies were clean and super relaxing. Golf cart was a HUGE PLUS!!! Super easy to get around and made our stay more enjoyable. The pool was a little smaller than we expected but the amenities were totally worth it. Plenty of space for all guests. We would definitely stay here again.

"We had three families, 33 total people stay in three coastal retreat houses. We had mimosa manor.. this was by far the best of the three houses.. the patio and gate to the pool was perfect. Having a golf cart is the cherry on top.. great house great vacation

"Our stay at Mimosa Manor was wonderful. Beautiful home, nicely decorated and plenty of room to spread out. We had 15 in our group and we had plenty of room. Golf cart was a great amenity to travel to and from the beach. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool area with a nice pond directly behind the home. Only thing that this house lacked was ceiling fans in the bunk rooms. Overall, we give it 5 stars and will definitely return to stay at Mimosa Manor!

"Mimosa manor was beautiful and as pictured. It was great for a big family. All the adults were able to have a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and breakfast area were big enough for everyone to have a place to sit at meal times. The pool was incredibly convenient and access to the golf cart made trips to beach super easy.

"Wonderful place for our family to gather! Spacious and comfortable living spaces and kitchen and eating area. Well-stocked kitchen! Worked so well to have so many bedroom suites. Proximity to beach was great. It had a nice supply of beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. The golf cart was super fun to cruise in. Would definitely stay there again!

"I felt right at home!!! The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The video games was an added touch. The house is fully equipped with pots and dishes. The location to the beach was perfect. The golf cart really gave a sense of vacation. The pool with TVs and grill made for the perfect bbq pool party. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Destin. What I like most about it was it was very peaceful. I feel rested up because thr beds were amazing and the area was quiet. I was also able to get a walk to the local CVS. Think no further this is the place to stay. And if you need another house or two. They are likely to be able to accommodate.

"There were a couple of small issues with a broken microwave door that needed attention( not made aware), fridge icemaker slow making ice (portable ice machine available) & a coffee maker that wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Check in was seamless and the house was beautiful as depicted. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of bath linen for 8 persons. TVs available in all rooms and 1 outdoors. More than enough dinnerware. Golf cart is very convenient. Would be nice to get information needed prior to checkin for key retrieval. Pool is a little small and only 1 TV was operational. Grills had everything needed and nice. Neighborhood very nice, walkable and close to everything. Loved the Destin area, water and beaches are beautiful!! Alex is super responsive and checked to make certain things were well as did another contact, Justin (maintenance), via text. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

"We absolutely loved this home and space! It was more than enough room! Extremely beautiful and absolutely loved the accommodation of the bathrooms in every room. The owner was nice (met him right when we were pulling in) and even spoke over the phone and he was so understanding and kind. We enjoyed EVERYTHING and definitely will be back!!
