The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants.The 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse is just steps from the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Sand In My Boots is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

"Our family traveled from multiple locations to gather for my 50th birthday. Our experience with the AirBNB was a great experience overall. We had some initial challenges with the security code but Alex and his team responded quickly to ensure we had access to the property. They also allowed a flexible check in since there were no guests prior to our stay which was huge for us since our travel began at 2am the morning of arrival. We were exhausted especially after a 3 hr delay and a 5pm check in would have been very difficult for us especially w/ younger and Sr guests. I appreciate this accommodation so much and give Kudos to his team! There was also a few extra steps that had to be taken to access the golf cart but again his team was prompt to get that taken care of since we were unaware of it beforehand. It was spacious for a family of 14 it was clean upon arrival & provided everything we needed. Theres’s 3 floors, so keep that in mind. We all got a wkout! I highly recommend!

"Our stay at Sand in My Boots was wonderful. The place is incredibly spacious, stylishly modern, and perfect for a family or group getaway. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet conveniently close to shopping, making it an ideal location. I truly loved the area and would highly recommend this Airbnb. I would definitely return as a guest!

"Beautiful place, felt very at home! We loved our time in Destin and plan on coming back as soon as possible. Alex was great, and always responded in a timely manner. We had a group of 11, and the home was very spacious. The golf cart came in handy when some of us had our rental van out somewhere. We did have an infant along with us, and there was a highchair and playpen and baby gate there waiting...which was unexpected.

"We rent a vacation home several times a year and this was by far our family's FAVORITE. It was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked and just perfect for our Christmas vacation. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Alex was very informative and easy to communicate with. He responded swiftly and stayed in touch but not intrusive at all. Booking was easy. "The property was as nice as the pictures showed. The large kitchen island was a perfect place to gather and do puzzles, crafts and meals. The golf cart was a great asset. There was room for everyone to have their own space as well. Our group ranged from ages 4 to 70 and everyone had a great time. I appreciated the staff being available for questions. Perfect place and would definitely visit again.

"We stayed during Fall Break and had a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described, with ample space to accommodate our group. The location was excellent—a short trip to the beach and other attractions, yet the neighborhood itself was quiet and provided a peaceful environment for restful evenings. The golf cart was a fantastic addition and made a big difference for us. Alex and his team were proactive in their communication throughout our stay, even checking in after the hurricane passed. I highly recommend this property!

"Alex is a great host, the prior visitors to the house had tracked tons of sand in, and the regular cleaning hadn't quite got the 1st floor clean of all the fine sand. Alex came by the night of our arrival with a commercial floor cleaner and took care of it in about 20 min. We could eat off the floors after he was done. House is awesome, and location is great, Bad Ass Coffee and Pompano Joe's are both a short golf cart ride away.

"We had a big group and we couldn’t have been matched with a better BnB!!! Alex’ place was brand-new, complete with beach gear, towels, golf car and was super close to the beach and pool. The kids particularly loved the bunkbeds and game room. The rooms were actually bigger in person and the master bedrooms have king-sized beds with plenty of bathroom and closet space. We had a great experience and this place definitely set the bar up high for our future trips! 100% recommend!!!

"Alex and his team were very helpful! We had an issue with our golf cart, and they replaced it RIGHT AWAY! I found this to be incredible and made my family feel very accommodated. The condo is great- roomy and clean. Everything is new and well kept. The golf cart makes the beach very accessible and easy to get to without a walk. I recommend getting to the beach early for plenty of parking. If you have to walk to the beach with all of your “beach stuff” it can be difficult, but the golf cart makes getting to the beach A DREAM! It’s the perfect addition to the gorgeous emerald coast.

"My family loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was large enough to meet our needs and more. "Good location. Beach is a couple of hundred yards away, and pool is just across the street. Most restaurants within a short drive. Host was very responsive and proactive. We had nine adults in our party, and we all had plenty of space.

"Sand in my boots is absolutely amazing. The kids loved the game room and spent every minute not on the beach there playing games. Fantastic location, close to the beach and tons of little shops and food places. Alex is a great host and was readily available if needed and even checked in on us a couple times throughout the week to make sure everything was great. We will definitely be back! Thanks Alex! "Hands down the best Airbnb. We go on yearly family vacations and it’s hard to accommodate our large family but this house had everyone smiling and happy.
