"Our large family of 9 adults & 4 children had plenty of space. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils & well maintained. No spices or staples. Loved having 2 full size refrigerators & 2 coffee makers. The heated pool & hot tub were the highlight for adults & kids alike!! Plenty of chairs & beach toys for frequent beach trips. We didn’t use the private beach as there was no parking at the entrance. The public beach access was wonderful! Loved using the golf cart for quick trips nearby! Lots of attractions & restaurants within walking distance. Great location!

"The house was neat and very clean. The pool and spa were well heated. The kitchen was fullly equipped. The house was large and accommadated our group. There were televisions in all of the bedrooms as well as the living area. I would recommend this house for a great time at the white beaches at Miramar Beach. Shopping was nearby to purchase food and supplies for our meals at the house.

"Sandbar was an amazing rental, well stocked and furnished very well. It’s one of the top 2 rentals I’ve stayed in several years. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends. The house was very clean and well decorated, my family commented how nice the house was and it made our family vacation so enjoyable. I will gladly rent from Alex again for our family vacation. We’re actually looking for a rental to make our annual family vacation spot every year moving forward. I think renting from Alex’s rentals are ones that I’m interested in for our vacations. He was extremely nice, helpful and responsive, he offered to help in any way possible. I love that kind of service and professionalism. It was indeed a pleasure renting from Alex, I look forward to working with him again. Michael

"We had a great stay at The Sandbar! Check in was easy and was flexible. Alex let us check in a couple hours early. Us and our guests loved the house. We also enjoyed the location as its walkable distance to the beach and food/drinks. We all enjoyed the outdoor pool space and spent majority of our time there! Alex also let us extend our check out time since we had a late flight. Over all, the house was great, very clean, and Alex was a great host. Answered all our questions in a timely manner and was extremely accommodating! Id recommended The Sandbar and Alex to anyone!

"Alex’s place is beautiful and spacious. Although walking distance from the beach the golf cart was a nice add convenience. What made this rental a stand out and the reason we’ll more than likely rent form Alex again is his outstanding customer service. We had a small plumbing issue during our visit and Alex has someone fix the issue at 10pm at night. He was always responsive and courteous.

"Very nice house for big groups. We enjoyed our stay. Walking to the private beach was a great bonus. It’s our second time renting out from Alex. He is really nice and responsive. Highly recommending this house. It was one of the best family vacations.

"Our overall experience at sandbar was great. The house is incredible. It is nicely decorated, comes with lots of dishes, pots and pans. There is enough room for everyone and enough bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The golfcart was a great addition. We also enjoyed having 2 refrigerators. The pool was a little dirty at the bottom and the outside electric firepit was not working during out stay. Also, we were given a long list of things to clean before we left the property. I take issue with this because of all the fees that are included and the cleaning fee that we were charged. Also, just be aware that there are no tents allowed on the beach. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again.

"This place was awesome! Looks like a new build. Definitely worth 5+ stars. The 7 king suites with bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms accommodated our large family reunion. The golf cart, pool and game room were a huge hit with the adults & kids. Host was very responsive and checked in with us a couple times during the week to see how things were going. Location was great too. Just a short golf cart ride to both private and public beach access. We would definitely rent again.

"The sandbar home was simplistically beautiful. If there were any issues, they were addressed promptly. The golf cart was a big plus for our group of 16. Plentiful amenities in kitchen, only missing a couple of hot pad holders. The two bunk rooms face directly to the hot a m sun and could maybe use some type of reflective material or shade. The blitz game was a HUGE hit for 10-50 year olds. We even devised a tournament bracket. Our stay was short and i wish there was some shelter we could donate food, bread, water, staples to upon check out....its soooo hard to just throw food away and even harder to plan quantities for large groups. A little bit of confusion on which gate we had access to and ability to use a sun shade or shibumi.... definitely a 5+ star property. I dont think any of the bedroom tvs were even utilized! Nice job on this home❣️

"Great for multiple families!!! Loved the en suites and balconies for each room and the shared bunks for children. The extra pool bathroom was a bonus! The home was clean, spacious, user friendly for wifi etc. loved no neighbors on one side of home for a little privacy. we will be back so close to beach and amenities like crab island or Big Kahuna water park!

"House was perfect! Clean, spacious, near a lot. Golf cart came in handy! Pool and hot tub was a huge hit. It definitely was convenient having so many bedrooms with bathrooms! Alex and team checked in a lot and made sure everything was going well. They would respond back in seconds. They had everything you would need for a family friendly vacation…..pack n play, beach towels, high chairs, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would possibly need. 5 stars from me! We will be back!
