🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion.

"It was a perfect spot for our family reunion. I really enjoyed that each bedroom had a king size bed and its own Bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding a pizza cutter, pot holders and dish clothes.

"My family and I stayed here for a week in August and would definitely go back! The amenities were fantastic and had everything you needed. The walk/drive to the beach was so close and easy and the pool area was an added perk. We played a lot of cards out by the pool and grilled out. I wasn’t aware (I likely missed it) that you had to send in some info beforehand to use the golf cart. We got that information to Alex and had the golf cart code within an hour - I very much appreciated the responsive communication. Great place to stay! There was also incredible restaurants (outcast was our fav and we used the massive kitchen island to make room for our crab feast) and coffee shops nearby. Fantastic location to everything you need.

"We enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach. The house was great and had lots of room for my family. We also liked all the outdoor seating options when we just wanted to relax at home. The pool was also very close by but also not too loud and people observed quiet times so it was quiet at nighttime. The kitchen was spacious. All the bathrooms were nice and the laundry room was useful. It was very close to the beach and lots of other restaurants and shopping in the area.

The location was convenient and felt safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. "House was very clean and had most everything we needed. It is in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, across the street from the pool and very close to the beach. Loved having a "Beach" cart to drive to the beach, get ice cream and even ride down to Alvin's. Lots to do from swimming to fishing to just relaxing. Highly recommend this house.

"Our family vacation at Shore Beats Workin’ was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need – it felt like our own private paradise. Alex was a phenomenal host – thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. You can tell he cares deeply about this property and the experience of his guests. The location? Unreal. Just steps from the beach with stunning views and the relaxing sound of waves as our daily soundtrack. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or catching sunsets in the evening, it was pure magic. This home had everything: a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, games for the kids, beach gear, and even little touches that made it feel extra special. We made incredible memories here and didn’t want to leave! If you’re even thinking about booking this place – do it. You won’t regret it.

"Had an amazing stay here over spring break with our three kids. Everyone loved this space and the kids especially loved the the game room, the golf cart, the pool, and the fishing pond. basically they loved everything, and I must say my wife and I did as well! The golf cart made it extremely convenient for cruising down to the beach or nearby restaurants and shops. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. Aside from not being able to enter the ocean due to the tides, which was true of most of the Gulf during our stay, the beach itself was gorgeous. The community pool being right across the street made up for any missed time in the ocean and never got too busy for our whole family to get in and have fun. Only wish we could have stayed longer and we will certainly keep this place in mind if we decide to return to Miramar Beach.

"The house was immaculate and looked just like the photos. We use the kitchen alot on our vacations and this was one of the best equipped kitchens we've ever had. Alex the host was very responsive in any questions we had. The use of the golf Cart was an excellent perk for our vacation, and many places are accessible via golf Cart. Our trip was in February so it was on the cooler side, but the pool was more than adequately heated and use of the complimentary grills at the club house was great. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation!

"We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen—we cooked every day with ease. The pool was warm enough to enjoy even in February, and grilling by the pool made for some great evenings. The games and golf cart were a huge hit with everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable—the best I've slept in! I absolutely loved the mattress and sheets. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely book with them again!

"Alex was superlative. The cleaning lady could have been a bit more generous with dish soap ( only giving us a 3oz bottle which we ran out of ), but that was a very minor nuisance. Alex should get a raise . We hope to return next year to this beautiful condo.

"This was such a perfect rental for our holiday trip. The home easily housed three families with 8 kids. The game room kept the kids busy on rainy days and the heated pool was perfect for off-season fun! Each bedroom had a private bath and included basic toiletries. We appreciated how each floor provided something different and allowed us to have designated kid and adult spaces. The beach is walking distance, but having the golf cart was especially helpful with lugging toys and chairs to the beach. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve seen in a rental. It was stocked with new appliances and sharpened knives. As a family who loves to cook, we were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the kitchen and hardy missed anything from home. In all, everything was so smooth- from booking, to check in, to check out. We can’t wait to visit again!

"Alex's home was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. It's a less than 10 minute walk from the beach if you can't find parking for the golf cart. There are grocery stores and restaurants really close. The grills were conveniently located by the pool so people could grill while others waited in the pool. I would definitely return to Alex's home!

"Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again! The place is directly across from the pool and was safe for the kids. The kids fished in the little pond behind the pool and had a great time. We used the grills and everything was working properly. Game room was exactly how it appeared in the pictures and everything worked. Alex was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Great place!!

"Shore Beats Workin’ was perfect for our crew! The game room and bunks on the second floor was a great space for the kids to hang out and being right across from the community pool made it feel like it was a part of the house. The golf cart was great for commuting to and from the beach and sunset rides on the coast. We had an issue with the garage door not closing and the host was incredibly responsive and had it resolved within an hour. Would 100% book again and recommend this place.

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The community was super nice and all the houses are new. The stayed directly across from the pool and there is also a small pond behind it for fishing. The house also has a golf cart for driving to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house. I will definitely be back again soon

"we had a family of 3 stay here and it was perfect. we had plenty of room/beds for everyone. Pool was directly in front of house, that was perfect. Beach wasn't too far short drive, wouldn't recommend walking- place had a golf cart so they was perfect for trips to the beach. Kids loved the game room.

Perfect Fall Break Trip!

"We had an amazing time at Shore Beats Workin’! It was a 3 family trip and we said many times during the week that we wouldn’t have survived the rain without the awesome kids area on the 2nd floor! The adults spent lots of time sitting around the kitchen island talking and playing games. We also LOVED the outdoor area and watching all of the football and baseball games on the big TVs and cooking dinner on the big green egg! The golf cart was also a huge bonus! We definitely hope to make this a fall break tradition!

"Our group of 13 was extremely comfortable in this home. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We were directly across from the pool and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay. They even let us check in 2hr and 30min earlier than check in time. Thanks Alex

"We loved our vacation in this home! The house matched its description and was in a great location (walking distance to the beach and steps away from the pool)! I was nervous that the AC wouldn’t reach the upper floors, and I was gladly mistaken (a separate thermostat for each floor)! The included golf cart was a great touch and helped tremendously! We ran into a slight technical issue with logging into the WiFi’s for the bedroom TV’s, but Alex was extremely responsive and had it fixed within hours! Very impressed and appreciative with Alex’s communication. Overall, this was a very family and pet friendly home, and was pleased with the comfort of the beds!

"Great place to stay with friends or family. Lots of room and private space when needed. Pool across the street was nice convenience and the golf cart was a nice touch. Grocery store, restaurants, shopping all very close with a great variety and all accessible with the golf cart. Really enjoyed our time and will come back to a Costal retreats property. They were great with communication, followed up when we arrived to assure everything was great, making us feel very welcome.

"We had a fantastic visit! It was the perfect set up for our 16 people! We had our main TV go out early in the week and they had someone out to replace the whole thing within our stay! On a non rainy week we prob wouldn’t have noticed it but it was nice for the grandmother of our group to be able to use it when she was tired chasing grandkids! We will be back

"The family vacation was great. Home was perfect and very spacious for 11 guests. The adults and kids enjoyed their own rooms and own baths! The location, complimentary golf-cart, swimming pool and lawn chairs were all excellent amenities. The host checked on us during our stay without asking. Loved every moment, even with periods of winding rain- it was indeed “shore beats workin”!! Thanks!

"Host was very responsive to try hard to resolve our issues. A surprise of a bottle of wine and a beautiful charcuterie with yummy food ywas there to welcome us. Golf cart was super helpful for hauling beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach get very busy so make sure to claim your spot early in the morning. Large fridge, but no water dispenser so bring bottle waters. Ice maker doesn’t work, but a portable small ice maker unit was provided. Functional kitchen with plenty of cooking pots, but no basic condiments or seasoning. Groceries stores are within a few minutes of the house. All beds were comfortable. Discount were given to compensate for unsolvable issues during our stay. Host seems to work hard to give guess a pleasant stay.

"Our family had a wonderful time at this rental. The place fit us all so well. The host answered our questions and responded to the icemaker freezing up immediately. Since they could not fix it they immediately brought a counter icemaker. The pool and grill areas were great for hanging out and eating out there as well.

"We love the property, all the details of the house are spectacular, from the golf cart to the dishes. The distribution is perfect for large families, the bulk room was wonderful. We also loved the pool area and grills. the beach was a paradise, with the golf cart we had everything so close and easy that it made our vacation an unforgettable week. Alex very attentive and answered all my questions super quickly. really recommended 100%. We look forward to coming back very soon :)

"The place was great! The pool right across from the rental was so nice great access and having the golf cart was a great addition to be able to run around to the beach in was great! The Airbnb was super clean and nice the pics of the rental are exactly how it look’s even nicer in person. This place was very child friendly, family friendly place We had an excellent stay! Thank you Alex for helping us whenever we had a issue you we’re extremely helpful to us! I would definitely stay here again.
