Welcome to Tailwinds, just a 4-min ride in the FREE 6-seat golf cart to Miramar Beach's largest beach access, where emerald waters meet sugar-white sands. This newly remodeled luxury home sleeps 14 with 2 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite, and a Bunk Room with 2 Full and 2 Twin beds, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. The spacious backyard features a covered hot tub, covered dining area as well as a ping pong table, cornhole, a green egg grill, and a fire pit. On the second floor there is a foosball table and custom arcade with 3,500+ games. Tailwinds is located in the gated community of Frangista Beach with a community pool that is available during your stay. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Tailwinds offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a four-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. 4 commercial-grade beach chairs and 1 umbrella are at the home and available to take to the beach. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private gated community called "Frangista Beach". Guests staying in the property have full access to the community pool. The pool is not heated.

"This house is amazing!! So spacious! The photos do not do it justice. Not only is the house nice but the furnishings and kitchen equipment are just as top notch. Alex was also extremely nice, helpful and prompt to work with. He messaged me during our stay making sure everything was good and even though we had no issues, I knew he was just a message away. "Our stay at Alex’s place was fabulous! Everything was perfectly clean (I’m a tough judge when it comes to that) and the home is even BETTER than the pics in the description! Huge family gathering room, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and private suites for my adult children and spouses, and great for the grand babies! The beach is gorgeous and the golf cart was perfect to zip back and forth as needed. Neighborhood feels safe and private. Close to food, grocery stores and great shopping for the girls while the boys manned the grill and played ping pong! We loved every minute! Miramar Beach and Alex’s beach house is a new family favorite for sure!

"Amazing house, in a great neighborhood. Super close to the beach where you could easily walk but they even gave a golf cart which was fun to have. House was spotless when we checked in and host checked in with us daily if we needed anything! Beds were comfortable. Chairs, umbrella, coolers provided for our use. Would absolutely stay here again

"Alex was a great host! The place was beautiful and we would go back and do it again. The house was spacious. fully stocked kitchen, wide open family areas, not to mention the hot tub was perfect for chilly spring nights. Alex was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a charger issue with the golfcart and he had people there right away, getting it up and running immediately, then we were back to our golf cart cruises. We have been to the area before, but if you have not, the clear/blue water!! To die for!

"The house was great for our 8 guests ranging from 2 to 80 years old. It had everything we needed for the stay and more kitchen appliances than we've seen in an air bnb. There was a major storm in the area so we spent a lot of time either at the house and pool instead of the beach, but both were easy to get to using the golf cart. Alex and his team were great hosts and very responsive with fixing any issues.

"We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of room and I loved the openness of it! The hot tub stopped working and they were right on it to try and fix it but could not during our stay. They did offer a discount for a future stay. All and all we really enjoyed our stay!

"Alex was a great host. The house was as advertised but unfortunately the guests before us had broken a few things (arcade game, spa and Foosball). Alll of those things were literally why we booked in the first place for the grandkids. They did send someone out to fix the spa at the end of our trip but we weren't there long enough to have it fixed before we left (7 night stay). Golf cart was a plus for not having to get sand in the car and find parking. The area was nice, clean and quiet and the pool was nice as well except there was a racoon that snatched the girl's souls when it came by the chairs and absconded with a bag of chips. My personal major highlight was the pots and pans that were there for cooking. I liked them so much I ordered a set on the way home. Alex was very responsive and the house had all basic needs addressed.

"Tailwinds at Coastal Retreat was absolutely a beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 3 families but it could have easily accommodated family of 4. Alex was great to work with and communicated everything that we needed from the beginning of our trip till the end. The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean and in a perfect peaceful location. The golf cart that came with the house was a cherry on top. Beach was couple minute golf cart ride to the beach. The house had plenty of kitchen utensils to cook which was perfect for us as we planned on cooking during our stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, coolers, you name it they had it. Would be definitely coming back for our next visit to Miramar beach.

"I recently stayed at Tailwinds and my family, and I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated making it a comfortable place to relax. The amenities were top-notch. The pool area and golf cart were also a highlight it allowed us to go places as a family and made going to the beach quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with any needs or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend Tailwinds for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my family and I visit truly memorable.

"With our group of friends, we always struggle to find a place that has the right amount of space. Especially with adding kiddos. Alex’s location was beyond what we expected. On top of having enough space, the responsiveness and friendliness of Alex was what really sent this experience over the top! Responses within minutes, extremely friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our vacation was effortless and relaxing! "We absolutely love the place. And felt right at home. It is hard finding a place that allows us to bring our fur babies and all our family. But this place was perfect. Everyone had their own bathrooms, which is a huge plus. Great backyard where we enjoyed many nights of cornhole and ping-pong. Perfect coffee table for game night. Our teenagers had lots to do.

"We booked Alex’s place to accommodate 4 families- 8 adults & 6 kids and there was room for everyone! The pictures do not do the house justice on how large it truly is. We loved being within walking distance to the beach, pool and coffee shop. The included golf cart was also a huge plus. I would recommend booking Alex’s place to anyone!

"The place was spacious, modern and clean. Really liked that it was in a gated community, in the golf cart was great to be able to get to the beach on the hot days. Alex and team were very responsive to our request, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Lindsey of towels and it was nice to have the hot tub and grill in the backyard. Would definitely rent here again and highly recommend it.

"Alex was a great host! He was responsive, helpful, and very responsive to questions. The house was easy to find, accessible, clean, and not to mention beautiful! We booked ad a family for vacation and it was a perfect spot at a reasonable price to stay together as a family. The beach was close, the pool was also close and a great space all within a private and safe gated community! The house had a ton to do with many activities and a very enjoyable hottub. Access to the golf cart for trips to the beach, pool, and store was an awesome addition! We have high hopes of returning again to one of Alex’s places. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

"Photos are very accurate on this amazing property. The hot tub is top of the line and super relaxing. We enjoyed the luxuries of home and the convenient location to either Destin or Santa Rosa. This is an excellent property close to the public access beach and we would definitely stay here again. The ease of check in and out was great and we even had Justin text us upon arrival and let us know he was only a text away if we needed him. Alex was also super helpful through email.

"Our stay was at Tailwinds wonderful! We had a great vacation. The house was amazing and was super clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for those times you want to stay in and cook! Back patio area with hot tub and ping pong table was very popular with our group. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the family room with the giant couch that could accommodate our entire group! The golf cart was perfect for a short ride to the beach! Coastal Retreats was great to work with. We will definitely look to stay again soon!

"This past weekend we stayed at the tailwinds condo in Miramar beach. What an amazing place to stay! Wow! We arrived in the evening, after dark. All the lights were on and inviting us in like we had made it home! The tvs were set on at the home screens, very user friendly. Everything was sparkling clean, everything felt so fresh and new, like being in a new house! Every room felt like a master suite! The hot tub was divine! The temperature was set just right, the LED lights and built in blue tooth speaker just put the cherry on top! Our daughter was thrilled about all the games she could play! Pingpong, foosball, cornhole, and the arcade (which my husband and myself also enjoyed nostalgically ). There was also plenty of options for preparing meals at home, even a green egg on the patio! We slept like babies snuggled up in the comfy beds. And the half mile walk to the beach felt like the blink of an eye, especially when we took the convenient electric beach cart! Great commun

"We stayed at this beautiful house for one month. Alex & his staff were outstanding. Very helpful and responsive. My wife is a stickler on cleanliness, and she rated this house an A+. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and all top quality. The new hot tub was awesome. We enjoyed the ping pong table, golf cart, and excellent location. Neighborhood is filled with beautiful homes and is very quiet. Close to Outlet Malls for shopping. We have been utilizing vacation homes in Florida for the past 8 yrs. This was clearly one of the best. Highly recommend!

"Stayed at Alex’s place about a week. Proactive communication and very responsive. Place was great. Easy parking. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Nice to have the golf cart for ghe (about 5-10 minutes) to the beach (certainly at walking distance too). Would love to come back sometime.

"This house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving with the family. The house has so much entertainment for all of us. we really enjoyed the ping pong table and the golf cart was a plus. The neighborhood was lovely. Our host was amazing, he made sure to answer any questions I had immediately and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. our family will definitely be staying in this beautiful home again. Thank you for making our vacation week flawless.

"Beautiful home and location! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean home and equipped with anything you may need and more. Super responsive host; made check in and entire stay flawless. Had the best time and definitely plan to visit again soon.
